Requirements:

Strong analytical skills with experience in structured and unstructured data sets are essential.
Proficiency with web analytics tools and A/B testing in a commercial environment is required.
Candidates should have the ability to perform root cause analyses and translate data into actionable insights.
A business-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences is needed.
Bonus points for knowledge of machine learning evaluation metrics or vector-based search technologies.

A competitive base salary ranging from $136,000 to $173,000 USD is provided.
