Description:
The Business Intelligence Analyst will assist businesses in making data-driven decisions by producing global reports as the primary source of information.
The role involves supporting various departments, including marketing, sales, customer success, finance, and people experience, through both short-term and long-term projects.
The analyst will collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop reports, analyses, models, and recommendations aimed at enhancing the satisfaction of both doctors and patients.
Responsibilities include deriving facts from data, translating them into actionable insights, and supporting the business in identifying opportunities for intelligent decision-making.
The analyst will execute end-to-end BI projects and serve as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders.
Daily tasks will involve using and developing a global database, creating, automating, and visualizing reports and analyses for top management and local teams.
Once independent in the role, the analyst will have the opportunity to develop prediction/classification models using Python/R.
The position requires working with tools such as Redshift, Git, Tableau, and Airflow.
Requirements:
Candidates must have demonstrable experience in using SQL to derive actionable insights in either a commercial or academic setting.
Knowledge of Python/R and a desire to expand this knowledge is required.
Experience with statistical modeling and descriptive statistics is necessary.
Candidates should have experience in partnership with internal stakeholders and in leading and executing end-to-end BI projects.
A very good level of business English is essential.
Bonus points for having a degree in Economics, Statistics, Econometrics, or a related field.
Candidates should be able to examine technicalities through a business lens and be open to cooperating with various teams across different countries.
A preference for seeing the instant effects of work and being careful, diligent, and detail-oriented is also valued.
