Description:
Imprint is building a next-generation co-branded credit card company to serve America’s great brands, including partners like H-E-B, Turkish Airlines, Brooks Brothers, and Eddie Bauer.
The Data Analytics team is responsible for developing and maintaining Imprint’s data infrastructure, which includes data warehouses, data pipelines, and comprehensive analytics systems.
The team enables accessible, high-quality data to fuel insights into customer behavior and prioritize initiatives for maximum impact.
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will serve as a key contributor to executive level and external partner reporting solutions by identifying and defining key metrics and visualizing them on effective platforms.
You will work closely with engineering, risk, growth, and product teams to understand and define business logic for building data sets and dashboards to track key business metrics.
You will collaborate with Data Engineers to translate business requirements into understandable data models and address potential data issues.
Your responsibilities will include creating documentation for internal and external partners, maintaining and updating existing dashboards, and analyzing large-scale data to present findings and recommendations.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related field is required.
Advanced knowledge and extensive experience in SQL, including performance tuning, is necessary; experience with Snowflake is preferred.
A minimum of 2 years of experience working with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Sigma, or Looker is required.
At least 2 years of experience utilizing data for analytical projects and driving data insights is necessary.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills, are essential for effective collaboration with technical and business teams.
