SureCost is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst - Applied AI to join their remote team.
The role involves empowering teams through innovative automation and data-driven insights using modern AI and traditional analysis tools.
The analyst will report directly to the VP of Engineering and collaborate with the leadership team on high-profile projects.
Key responsibilities include leveraging prompt engineering for workflow automation, rapid prototyping, developing custom AI models, integrating data sources, conducting in-depth data analysis, and collaborating with executive leadership on strategic AI initiatives.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a data-driven role such as a data scientist or business analyst, with a proven track record of implementing innovative technology solutions.
Proficiency in T-SQL is required.
Hands-on experience with integration frameworks like Zapier is necessary.
Familiarity with generative AI platforms (e.g., N8N, Stack, LangChain, or CrewAI) is essential for developing custom solutions.
A solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and data manipulation techniques is required.
Experience in quickly iterating on GenAI solutions and productionizing prototypes is necessary.
Candidates should possess the ability to manage, analyze, and visualize data effectively.
Excellent communication skills to articulate technical insights and business impact are required, along with a strong problem-solving mindset.
Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry and the ability to thrive in a startup environment are preferred.

The estimated base salary range for this role is $115,000-130,000 per year, plus an annual bonus based on performance.
