Description:

The Business Intelligence Analyst position is part of the Global GTM Operations Team at TRACTIAN, which supports GTM teams across the US, Brazil, and Mexico.
This role involves building systems and processes that enhance customer experience and support GTM, Product, and Operations teams.
The BI Analyst will work daily with HubSpot, Metabase, and BigQuery to extract and analyze reliable data.
Responsibilities include engaging with stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and translating them into actionable insights.
The analyst will develop and maintain data-driven dashboards and reports to provide visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) and business trends.
Specific focus areas include sales and customer success analytics, compensation calculations for the GTM team, management of conversational analytics platforms, and managing customer contract data.
The role requires conducting deep-dive analyses of business processes and objectives, implementing new metrics for decision-making.
The analyst will proactively introduce new ideas and develop creative data visualizations to enhance insight accessibility.
Responsibilities also include managing and improving business intelligence processes for efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
The analyst will support automation efforts to streamline reporting and analytical processes across the organization.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 2+ years of experience writing and optimizing SQL queries.
A minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in a data-intensive role, such as business intelligence or data analytics, is required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to communicate data-driven insights clearly.
Hands-on experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Data Studio, Metabase, or similar platforms is necessary.
Experience working with cloud-based data warehouses like BigQuery is required.
Proficiency in Python or other programming languages for data analysis and automation is needed.
