The company is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join their DataTeam in São Paulo, Brazil.
The Analyst will combine a love of data with insightful business judgment and impactful communication skills.

The role requires transforming data from various sources into usable fields and reports using LookML.
The Analyst will present data and lead training sessions for internal teams to enhance self-service capabilities in Looker.
Addressing ad-hoc reporting requests from cross-functional stakeholders using Looker and DBT is essential.
The Analyst will build automation to streamline customer reporting needs using tools like Atlassian, Fivetran, and DBT.
Partnering with internal teams to support merchants with custom reporting infrastructure is a key responsibility.
Documentation of new tools, processes, and product information will be required to standardize knowledge across the team using Confluence.
The Analyst will collaborate with Data Platform Engineering to migrate existing infrastructure to new platforms like Databricks.
The position requires a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
The Analyst will be on-call for 12-hour alerting shifts 1-2 times a quarter for data modeling alerts.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 1-3+ years of experience in an analytical role such as product analyst, operational analyst, or strategy.
Fluency in English is required.
Intermediate experience in writing and reading SQL queries is necessary.
Exposure to data modeling in dbt or other data transformation tools is expected.
The candidate should be a team player with experience working cross-functionally with global teams.
A passion for e-commerce and new technology is preferred, with a background in e-commerce, payments, fraud, or data science being a plus.
Demonstrable proficiency in using data visualization software like Looker or Tableau to create reports and dashboards is required.
Experience using JIRA or other ticketing tools to manage workload is necessary.
Intermediate experience with LookML is required.
Experience working with Databricks is preferred.
