Description:
The Backroom Offshoring Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst with expertise in Power BI.
The role involves creating and managing data models, developing comprehensive reports, and performing predictive analytics to support business decision-making.
The BI Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights, driving operational efficiency and strategic growth.
Responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining data models, developing dashboards and reports, conducting predictive analytics, and ensuring data integrity.
The position requires close collaboration with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
The BI Analyst will also create automated reporting processes, monitor and troubleshoot BI solutions, and stay updated on the latest BI tools and trends.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
The candidate must have proven experience of 3+ years in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related role.
Strong proficiency in Power BI, including M and Dax language, is essential.
Experience in predictive modeling and statistical analysis using tools like Python, R, or similar is required.
Excellent knowledge of SQL and relational databases is necessary.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail, are required.
The ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders is essential.
Understanding of machine learning algorithms and their application in business use cases is preferred.
Experience with version control tools is a plus.
