Description:

FocusKPI is seeking a Business Operations & Growth Intern to help scale the adoption of their AI products.
The internship is remote, lasting for 3 months with the potential for extension.
The intern will work closely with the product and AI teams to define and execute go-to-market initiatives.
Responsibilities include designing strategies to grow the user base, testing and optimizing sales and marketing workflows, and collaborating with product and engineering teams.
The intern will conduct competitive and customer research, build internal dashboards to monitor growth metrics, and identify scalable processes across various departments.

Requirements:

An MBA or equivalent business education is preferred for this position.
Candidates should have experience in a startup or early-stage product environment.
A passion for AI, machine learning, or analytics-powered products is essential.
Excellent problem-solving and execution skills are required, with the ability to turn ideas into actionable plans.
Candidates must be comfortable operating in ambiguous situations.
The ability to take ownership of initiatives and work independently is necessary.
