Description:
The Business Solutions Architect is responsible for the creation and management of the requirements and technical documentation for IRT projects.
This role involves collaborating closely with clients, Project Managers, and technical teams to ensure that each system is built and updated to meet the needs of the protocol.
Continuous learning on the company platform and offerings is expected as they evolve.
The architect will define and document initial system requirements and enhancements needed for major changes to existing builds.
Acting as a subject matter expert on client clinical study protocols for studies with moderate to high complexity is a key responsibility.
The position requires authoring specifications for IRT, randomization and kit lists, and interfaces.
Building effective partnerships with other internal teams to move projects through all phases of the development process is essential.
Support for UAT setup and execution is also part of the role.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred; appropriate experience in the IRT industry may substitute for the degree requirement.
Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in a software business analyst role, demonstrating a proven ability to understand technical concepts and learn quickly.
2-4 years of experience in the life science industry is required.
Previous experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment is preferred.
Prior experience delivering voice (IVR), web (IWR), and mobile (IMR) platforms is preferred.
Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset are necessary.
A strong customer service orientation is required.
Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential.
Good communication skills and strong interpersonal skills are needed to work effectively with a variety of professionals.
Solid written communication skills, including the ability to effectively document technical information, are required.
The ability to work on multiple assignments with moderate supervision is necessary.
