The Business Systems AI Solutions Lead at Vanta is responsible for identifying and implementing AI-driven solutions across internal systems.
This role focuses on optimizing processes, improving operational efficiency, and driving innovation in business systems to support the strategic goals of the GTM teams.
The mission of the Business Systems team is to deliver scalable, integrated solutions that empower GTM teams to achieve their goals, maximize revenue, and enhance operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include analyzing current business systems for AI integration opportunities, leading the implementation of AI solutions, streamlining workflows, collaborating with stakeholders, driving innovation, and building AI-driven solutions using both system administration and custom coding.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in business systems, AI integration, or a related role.
Strong knowledge of AI technologies and their applications in business systems is required.
Proven experience in optimizing internal systems and implementing AI-driven solutions is essential.
Proficiency in both declarative configuration (clicks) and custom development (code) to build AI systems is necessary.
Strong analytical skills to identify system inefficiencies and apply AI solutions for performance improvement are required.
The ability to proactively identify areas for improvement in business systems is crucial for driving innovation and efficiency.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed to work effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

The salary range for this position is $153,000 - $180,000, with potential eligibility for commissions/bonus, equity, medical benefits, 401(k) plan, and other company perks.
