Description:

As a C++ Developer, you will work on enhancing and maintaining backend servers developed in C++ for real-time trading applications.
You will collaborate closely with business counterparts to deliver technical solutions for client needs.
The role involves tackling complex development challenges and contributing during all phases of the project lifecycle.
You will have exposure to solving critical production and client issues and delivering innovative solutions in a fast-paced technical environment.
Responsibilities include developing, enhancing, and maintaining backend servers in C++ on a Windows platform for real-time trading applications.
You will support all phases of the project lifecycle—from design to deployment and beyond.
The role requires working with QA and support teams to troubleshoot and resolve development and testing challenges.
You will prioritize and address critical production and client-facing issues.
Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements:

You must have 5+ years of experience in C++ programming.
Proficiency in both structural and object-oriented programming is required, including expertise in concepts, data structures, design patterns, templates, and multithreaded programming in C++.
In-depth experience working on the Windows platform is necessary, with Visual Studio experience being a plus.
A good knowledge of databases and basic SQL is required.
Familiarity with version control systems like GIT is essential.
Extensive problem-solving skills are needed, with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
Strong communication abilities across IT and business divisions are required.
A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is necessary.
