Complete Career Solutions is seeking a C# Windows Developer to join their team in Austin, TX.
The role focuses on building and enhancing Windows-based desktop software.
Responsibilities include designing, implementing, debugging, and maintaining complex applications on the Windows platform.
The developer will translate customer needs into well-structured software solutions and work autonomously or in team settings across departments.
The position requires integrating code into large-scale systems with existing architecture and writing and maintaining unit and system tests.
The developer will also produce and update technical documentation and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in software development.
Proficiency in C# and C++ using Visual Studio is necessary.
Solid experience with PowerShell scripting is required.
Proven ability to work in both independent and collaborative development environments is essential.

The base salary range for this role is $100,000-$150,000, with final compensation depending on experience and skill set.
