Remote Chief of Staff - Crypto

• We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Chief of Staff to work directly with the Co-Founders to manage priorities, drive key initiatives, and streamline operational efficiency across the organization.
• This is a multi-disciplinary role that requires a proactive individual capable of moving quickly to drive projects forward while managing internal and external stakeholders across various functions.
• You will play a critical role in scaling our product, operations, and business development teams and support the hiring process for key roles across the company.
• Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day internal operations, including legal compliance, governance, and strategic project management, while streamlining processes to enhance organizational efficiency.
• You will lead and execute tactical projects across the organization, such as recruiting, organizing events, supporting accounting, and managing external service providers (e.g., PR firms), ensuring all projects are delivered on time and meet internal objectives.
• You will drive the expansion of product, operations, and business development functions by implementing scalable processes and systems that support the company’s growth trajectory.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, you will facilitate clear communication and coordinate efforts to ensure seamless project execution.
• You will lead the creation and dissemination of internal reports, providing concise and actionable updates to key stakeholders while ensuring that reporting mechanisms are consistent and data-driven.
• A hands-on approach will be taken to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, ensuring that all departments can meet their goals without unnecessary delays.
• You will provide strategic support in the recruitment and onboarding of key roles, working closely with founders to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
• Collaborating with legal and governance teams, you will ensure that all operations comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to the Co-Founders, you will offer strategic insights while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and discretion.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 3+ years of experience as Chief of Staff or Executive Business Partner in fast-paced settings.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the crypto industry with strong ecosystem knowledge is required.
• The ideal candidate should be an independent worker in dynamic environments.
• A strong strategic mindset with critical thinking and analytical skills is essential.
