Description:

  • The Chief of Staff will serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, managing cross-functional projects and setting priorities across teams.
  • The role involves handling high-level communications, meetings, and schedules for the CEO to ensure smooth operations.
  • The Chief of Staff will act as the main point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and flow of information.
  • The candidate will assist in developing and executing company-wide strategies, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Daily operations will be overseen, coordinating with department leaders to enhance efficiency and identify immediate areas for improvement.
  • The role includes leading critical projects, tracking progress, managing budgets, and ensuring timely delivery of results.
  • The Chief of Staff will act as a communication hub between the CEO and the executive team, facilitating seamless internal communication.
  • Monitoring and managing project timelines to ensure alignment with executive priorities and business goals is essential.
  • Immediate tasks for the candidate include gaining a comprehensive understanding of organizational strategic goals, managing the CEO’s high-level communications, assessing current operational processes, and overseeing cross-functional projects.

Requirements:

  • The candidate must have 3+ years of experience in executive or business support roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills are required, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in office software and project management tools, such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems, is necessary.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, with experience managing high-level communications.
  • The ability to work independently and handle sensitive information is a must.
