Description:
The Chief of Staff will serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, managing cross-functional projects and setting priorities across teams.
The role involves handling high-level communications, meetings, and schedules for the CEO to ensure smooth operations.
The Chief of Staff will act as the main point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and flow of information.
The candidate will assist in developing and executing company-wide strategies, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals.
Daily operations will be overseen, coordinating with department leaders to enhance efficiency and identify immediate areas for improvement.
The role includes leading critical projects, tracking progress, managing budgets, and ensuring timely delivery of results.
The Chief of Staff will act as a communication hub between the CEO and the executive team, facilitating seamless internal communication.
Monitoring and managing project timelines to ensure alignment with executive priorities and business goals is essential.
Immediate tasks for the candidate include gaining a comprehensive understanding of organizational strategic goals, managing the CEO’s high-level communications, assessing current operational processes, and overseeing cross-functional projects.
Requirements:
The candidate must have 3+ years of experience in executive or business support roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills are required, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in office software and project management tools, such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems, is necessary.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, with experience managing high-level communications.
The ability to work independently and handle sensitive information is a must.
