TTEC Digital is hiring an experienced Senior Cisco Voice and Data Support Engineer for their Managed Services division.
This is a remote role based in the US.
The role involves providing medium to advanced troubleshooting support services in Cisco UC and Infrastructure solutions for enterprise-level clients.
Responsibilities include supporting enterprise customers with advanced UC issues, utilizing knowledge of CUCM, Jabber, CER, Unity, IM&P, SIP, Voice Gateways, Hyperflex, UCS, and Session Border Controllers.
The position requires working in a delivery support environment with structured processes and timelines.
Experience with disciplined development methodology and release management processes is necessary.
The engineer must demonstrate the ability to perform complex problem isolation within telecommunications infrastructures, including SIP trunks, FXO, FXS, PRI, and signaling protocols.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of experience configuring and supporting complex enterprise Cisco UC solutions, including CUCM, Jabber, CER, Unity, IM&P, SIP, Voice Gateways, and Session Border Controllers.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience troubleshooting SIP, UCS, and Session Border Controllers is required.
At least 1 year of experience supporting Hyperflex is necessary.
Candidates should have 1 to 3 years of experience supporting VMware.
Prior experience in administering or supporting LAN/WAN (HSRP, QoS, VLANs, Bandwidth modeling) and VoIP infrastructures is essential.
Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Voice Gateways/Gatekeepers is required.
Strong customer service skills and a client-focused approach are necessary.
Good problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
Candidates must have experience in ticket management, including documentation of work performed, follow-up with customers, and information gathering to complete requests.

The position offers a salary range of $115,000 - $135,000 a year.
