Description:

TrueTandem is seeking a Senior Power Platform CoE Solution Architect to join their solutions delivery team.
The role involves supporting the technical development for projects that advance the digital transformation of critical government systems.
The delivery teams focus on collaboration, feedback, and iteration while following agile practices and embracing DevSecOps standards.
Responsibilities include establishing governance policies for Power Platform usage, managing licenses and user permissions, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing support to users.
The architect will develop training programs to empower citizen developers, promote innovation, and organize community engagement activities.
The position also involves designing reusable Power Platform components, creating dashboards for usage tracking, and analyzing data for improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

The candidate must be a US Citizen and possess an active Secret clearance.
A minimum of three years of experience developing Model-Driven and Canvas Power Apps leveraging Power Automate is required.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform capabilities, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse is essential.
Expertise in Power Platform administration, including user management, environment configuration, and licensing is necessary.
Experience with data governance, security best practices, and compliance requirements is required.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders across the organization are essential.
Proven ability to develop training materials and deliver effective presentations is necessary.
Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices is required.
Practical development experience using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, and Power BI is necessary.
Practical Azure service development experience, including Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, and storage solutions, is required.
