ResultStack is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer who excels in both technical depth and client communication.
This is a fully remote role open only to U.S.-based candidates authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
The engineer will lead by example, building scalable, secure web and mobile applications while collaborating closely with clients to solve complex business challenges.
Clear, professional communication skills are essential as the role involves direct client interaction.
Responsibilities include architecting and building enterprise-grade, consumer-facing web and mobile applications.
The engineer will collaborate with U.S.-based clients to understand business needs and deliver impactful solutions.
Writing clean, scalable, and well-tested code across the full stack is a key duty.
The role involves leading and mentoring other engineers while remaining hands-on with code.
Responsibilities also include optimizing performance, scalability, and security, owning features from concept through deployment and maintenance, and staying current on new technologies to improve development processes.
The engineer will implement CI/CD, test automation, and DevOps best practices.

Requirements:

Strong experience with large-scale full-stack application development is required.
Front-end experience with React, Angular, Vue, or similar frameworks is necessary.
Proficiency in back-end technologies such as Node.js, .NET (C#), or comparable technologies is essential.
The candidate must be skilled in responsive UI design using CSS or frameworks like Tailwind or Bootstrap.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is required.
A solid understanding of software security and performance optimization is necessary.
Experience working with clients or consulting teams is highly preferred.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
A self-starter mindset and comfort with remote, collaborative work are essential.
