ResultStack is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer who excels in both technical depth and client communication.
This is a fully remote role open only to U.S.-based candidates authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
The engineer will lead by example, building scalable, secure web and mobile applications while collaborating closely with clients to solve complex business challenges.
Clear, professional communication skills are essential as the role involves direct client interaction.
Responsibilities include architecting and building enterprise-grade, consumer-facing web and mobile applications.
The engineer will collaborate with U.S.-based clients to understand business needs and deliver impactful solutions.
Writing clean, scalable, and well-tested code across the full stack is a key duty.
The role involves leading and mentoring other engineers while remaining hands-on with code.
Optimizing performance, scalability, and security is crucial.
The engineer will own features from concept through deployment and maintenance.
Staying current on new technologies and improving development processes through innovation is expected.
Implementing CI/CD, test automation, and DevOps best practices is part of the job.

Requirements:

Strong experience with large-scale full-stack application development is required.
Front-end experience with React, Angular, Vue, or similar frameworks is necessary.
Proficiency in back-end technologies such as Node.js, .NET (C#), or comparable technologies is essential.
Skills in responsive UI design using CSS or frameworks like Tailwind or Bootstrap are required.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is necessary.
A solid understanding of software security and performance optimization is required.
Experience working with clients or consulting teams is highly preferred.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
A self-starter mindset and comfort with remote, collaborative work are required.
