Description:

  • NeuroFlow is seeking a Clinical Data Analyst to work remotely from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
  • The role involves providing ad-hoc data analysis, actionable data visualizations, and statistical modeling in collaboration with data science, customer success, finance, and sales teams.
  • Responsibilities include supporting the customer success team in reducing churn, assisting the finance team in driving operational success, and aiding the sales team in increasing conversions.
  • The analyst will build and maintain data models and dashboards, model and analyze data using SQL, and gather requirements for data architecture.
  • The position requires performing statistical analysis to improve products and drive growth while advocating for data quality and governance across the company.
  • The analyst will own projects from strategy to execution, balancing speed with attention to detail and presenting their work to team members.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have a passion for fast-paced environments and tackling challenging problems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a data analyst, preferably in a Series B or C healthcare company, is necessary.
  • Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience writing complex SQL queries and Python code for data analysis, with knowledge of Snowflake being a plus.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working directly with clinical data is required.
  • Experience in data modeling, ELT development, and data warehousing is necessary, with DBT knowledge being a plus.
  • Candidates should have experience creating visually appealing dashboards to tell insightful stories with data, with familiarity in Metabase or similar tools being advantageous.
