Description:
NeuroFlow is seeking a Clinical Data Analyst to work remotely from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
The role involves providing ad-hoc data analysis, actionable data visualizations, and statistical modeling in collaboration with data science, customer success, finance, and sales teams.
Responsibilities include supporting the customer success team in reducing churn, assisting the finance team in driving operational success, and aiding the sales team in increasing conversions.
The analyst will build and maintain data models and dashboards, model and analyze data using SQL, and gather requirements for data architecture.
The position requires performing statistical analysis to improve products and drive growth while advocating for data quality and governance across the company.
The analyst will own projects from strategy to execution, balancing speed with attention to detail and presenting their work to team members.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a passion for fast-paced environments and tackling challenging problems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a data analyst, preferably in a Series B or C healthcare company, is necessary.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience writing complex SQL queries and Python code for data analysis, with knowledge of Snowflake being a plus.
A minimum of 3 years of experience working directly with clinical data is required.
Experience in data modeling, ELT development, and data warehousing is necessary, with DBT knowledge being a plus.
Candidates should have experience creating visually appealing dashboards to tell insightful stories with data, with familiarity in Metabase or similar tools being advantageous.
