Description:

Vida is a virtual health clinic focused on managing chronic cardiometabolic conditions and achieving lifestyle health goals through personalized health coaching and programs.
The Clinical Data Analyst will partner with customer success, product, and enterprise teams to support clinical outcomes monitoring and reporting.
Responsibilities include clinical data quality control and cleaning, reporting clinical data for internal and external clients, and conducting clinical outcomes analytics.
The role involves developing dashboards, reports, and documentation to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Collaboration with analysts, data scientists, engineers, and clinical researchers is essential to ensure data quality and analytical rigor.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, or a related discipline is required.
Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience as a data analyst in the healthcare technology space or a related field.
Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, Looker, dbt, or other business intelligence tools is necessary.
Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Python or R, with the ability to write clean, maintainable code for data analysis, is required.
Clinical analytics training and experience analyzing clinical outcomes data and healthcare claims data is essential.
Knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy guidelines related to PHI and digital health is required.
Experience with claim files and definitions is necessary.
Candidates should have experience working with multidisciplinary technical teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers.
Experience in data/database management is required.
A proactive and collaborative working style is essential, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
Experience in a startup or fast-growing company is preferred.
Basic statistical analysis skills are required.
An interest in learning new platforms, tools, and innovations in data analytics is necessary.

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $115,000 per year.
