Description:

• Vida is a virtual health clinic focused on managing chronic cardiometabolic conditions and achieving lifestyle health goals through personalized health coaching and programs.
• The Clinical Operations Data Analyst will leverage datasets from the provider and patient lifecycle to develop frameworks, tools, and insights that drive cost-effective outcomes.
• The role involves collaborating with a diverse clinical team, including Medical Providers, Therapists, Care Coordinators, Dietitians, and Health Coaches, as well as Product Managers and Executives.
• Responsibilities include managing a network of over 300 clinicians, designing frameworks to model network capacity, and analyzing trends to drive provider quality and efficiency.
• The analyst will develop centralized data models, create interactive dashboards, and collaborate on product builds and analytical tools.
• The position requires participation in discussions with executive stakeholders to manage performance and drive business growth.
• The role is remote and requires working with technologies such as SQL, Python, and Looker to create actionable dashboards.

Requirements:

• A BS or Master's degree in a quantitative field with over 5 years of experience in data analytics or data science is required.
• Experience in supporting a clinical organization, including demand forecasting and provider scorecards, is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and solid proficiency in Python or R is necessary, with an expectation to write maintainable code.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to connect insights across Vida operations are essential.
• The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A customer-focused project management mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are required.
• Willingness to learn new tools and propose innovations in data quality and analytics is important.
• Management or team lead experience, as well as healthcare experience, is preferred.
