Description:

  • Acentra Health is seeking a Clinical Operations Solution Architect to join their team.
  • This role involves driving innovation and excellence in healthcare solutions.
  • The architect will design impactful care management and clinical assessment solutions for state and federal opportunities.
  • Responsibilities include crafting solutions for complex RFP requirements and participating in proposal teams.
  • The position requires collaboration across departments to create comprehensive solutions that align with client needs.
  • The architect will analyze RFPs, policy documents, and supporting materials to identify requirements and develop process flows.
  • They will lead the creation and delivery of presentations to various audiences, ensuring clarity and impact.
  • The role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously and adapting to unique challenges.
  • The architect will work independently and within cross-functional teams to produce standout proposals.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in designing and delivering healthcare solutions is required.
  • Strong understanding of clinical care management operations, including call centers and case management, is essential.
  • In-depth experience with public sector healthcare programs such as Medicaid and Medicare is a must.
  • Hands-on experience with state and federal RFP and proposal development is required.
  • Demonstrated success in designing clinical operations programs for state and federal healthcare clients is necessary.
  • Key skills include process development, technical writing, business and data analysis, and project management.
  • Preferred skills include experience in consulting, solution architecture, and large-scale program implementations.
  • A thorough understanding of state and federal healthcare policies is required.
