Description:

• The position is for a Cloud Architect (Azure) based in Colombia, Argentina, or Mexico, and it is a remote full-time role.
• The ideal candidate is innovative, detail-oriented, and passionate about crafting robust and efficient solutions.
• The role involves designing and implementing secure, scalable, and resilient cloud environments using Azure Well-Architected frameworks.
• Responsibilities include automating infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, and collaborating with development teams to create workflows and templates.
• The candidate will troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues, ensuring system reliability and performance, and implement security best practices and compliance requirements.
• There is an opportunity to contribute to multi-cloud readiness by gaining experience in AWS or GCP, although this is optional.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 6+ years of hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, ideally as an architect.
• Strong proficiency with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is required.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and automation, particularly building GitHub Actions workflows, is necessary.
• Knowledge of Azure Well-Architected frameworks and cloud security best practices is essential.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.
• The ability to work autonomously in a remote environment and manage time effectively is a must.
• Familiarity with AWS or GCP cloud platforms, experience working in multi-cloud environments, strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or Bash), and experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes are considered nice to have.
