Description:

  • As a Cloud Data Engineer at INFUSE, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust ETL processes on AWS to support data-driven decision-making.
  • You will work closely with servers, integrate various web platforms, and perform data manipulations to ensure data is available, accurate, and actionable.
  • Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes on AWS, collaborating with the infrastructure team to manage and optimize servers, and continuously improving existing ETL processes for better performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • You will integrate data from different web platforms, perform data manipulations and transformations, and ensure data quality for reporting and analytics.
  • Collaboration with BI engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide relevant data solutions is essential.
  • You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation of ETL processes, data flow diagrams, and integration procedures.

Requirements:

  • You must have 3+ years of experience in data engineering with a focus on cloud technologies.
  • Proven experience with AWS services like S3, Redshift, Glue, and Lambda is required.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases is necessary.
  • Hands-on experience with ETL tools and frameworks such as Apache Airflow or Talend is essential.
  • Strong scripting skills in Python, SQL, and/or other relevant programming languages are required.
  • Experience with the integration of various web platforms and APIs is necessary.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are required.
  • You should be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
