Description:

H2O.ai is seeking a Cloud DevOps Engineer to join their team in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
The role involves running and scaling the company's SaaS offerings in a modern DevOps environment.
Responsibilities include building and managing AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
The engineer will develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
Automating workflows using Bash, Python, and Groovy is a key part of the job.
The position requires operating and optimizing Kubernetes-based environments.
The engineer will implement and manage GitOps workflows for infrastructure and application delivery.
Ensuring security, scalability, and reliability across platforms is essential.
Collaboration with engineering and security teams to streamline operations is expected.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or cloud engineering.
Strong experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, IAM, and EKS is necessary.
Hands-on experience with Terraform, GitOps, and CI/CD tools is required.
Solid scripting skills in Bash and Python are essential; Groovy is a plus.
Experience with Kubernetes and knowledge of cloud security best practices are required.
