Description:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Shift Lead with hands-on expertise in Multi-Cloud platforms, specifically Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure.
• The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in infrastructure, along with the ability to effectively lead a team and mentor junior members.
• Responsibilities include managing and optimizing infrastructure across GCP and Azure, designing and implementing cloud solutions to meet business requirements, and ensuring the security, availability, and performance of cloud environments.
• Proven expertise in implementing and optimizing DevOps practices to enhance the development and deployment lifecycle is required.
• Proficiency in implementing and managing SAML and OAuth protocols for secure authentication and authorization is necessary.
• Strong knowledge of Google Cloud IAM and Azure AD and their integration with cloud-based services is essential.
• Understanding of Google APIGEE, troubleshooting, and support is required.
• Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting workloads in Kubernetes across GCP and Azure is needed.
• The role involves deploying and providing support to Application Performance Management tools (Dynatrace) and firefighting production problems that are performance-related.
• The candidate will oversee day-to-day operations of the technical shift, monitor system performance, and ensure SLAs are met.
• The position includes leading and mentoring a team of L1 & L2 technicians, providing guidance and conducting training sessions to enhance technical skills.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to address technical issues and participating in on-call rotations to respond to critical incidents is expected.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• Relevant certifications in GCP and Azure are necessary.
• A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with GCP and Azure is required.
• Previous experience in a technical leadership role is essential.
• Proficiency in cloud architecture and services (GCP, Azure) is required.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are necessary.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities are required.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is necessary.
