Description:

Atmosera is seeking a Cloud Engineer to provide advanced support, engineering, and troubleshooting for cloud-based managed services.
The role involves acting as an escalation point for complex technical issues and leading problem resolution efforts.
Responsibilities include advanced troubleshooting and support, engineering and design of cloud environments, client communication and collaboration, and continuous improvement of service offerings.
The Cloud Engineer will monitor cloud environments, develop documentation, design automated solutions, and ensure compliance with security frameworks.
Effective communication with clients and collaboration with other teams is essential to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure in a production environment.
A deep understanding of cloud infrastructure components, containerization technologies, and DevOps principles is required.
Proficiency in scripting languages and experience with cloud automation tools is necessary.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, along with a solid understanding of ITIL processes, are essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, with the ability to explain technical concepts to various audiences.
A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience is needed.
Candidates must be able to pass a federal background check for Public Trust Fitness and provide support across all US time zones.

Atmosera offers a competitive salary ranging from $135,000 to $150,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
