Remote Cloud Engineer Specialist

Description:

• Digibee is seeking an experienced and motivated Cloud Engineer with expertise in cloud computing and Kubernetes.
• The Cloud Engineer will be responsible for modernizing, maintaining, and implementing platform features.
• Daily responsibilities include discussing architectural solutions for scalability and efficiency, designing and managing Kubernetes clusters for the SaaS Cloud Platform, and collaborating with DevOps and software engineering teams.
• The role involves troubleshooting complex issues related to Kubernetes and computer networks, developing automation scripts for managing Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure, and providing technical guidance to other engineers.
• The Cloud Engineer will also work with cross-functional teams to enhance the platform solutions portfolio.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have expertise in cloud platform engineering using Kubernetes.
• A strong foundation in Information Security and Linux System administration is required.
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as ContainerD and Docker is necessary.
• Experience in Computer Networks, including Load Balancer, TCP, VPN, Routing, Virtual Networks, MPLS, and Firewall, is essential.
• Familiarity with Cloud Platforms like AWS and GCP is required.
• A good understanding of DevOps practices is necessary.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues are essential.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are required to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
