As a C4B Solution Lead, you will engage with customers in the banking industry at the C-Suite level to enhance their bottom line.
You will act as a trusted advisor, strategically identifying technical challenges and understanding customer business drivers.
Your role will involve guiding appropriate engagement approaches within customer organizations.
You will collaborate with a team of business specialists to co-create new products and solutions that meet clients' evolving needs.
You will lead transformation projects in core banking and lending areas.
Responsibilities include strategically identifying technical challenges and proposing incremental business value using our portfolio to meet customer needs.
You will drive the co-creation of new products and solutions alongside our team of business specialists.
You will assist in the design, implementation, and execution of PoCs to demonstrate the value of our solutions.
Collaboration with stakeholders to understand business requirements and challenges comprehensively is essential.
You will analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement using deep industry knowledge.

Requirements:

A minimum of 8 years of experience providing solutions to banks for their strategic and transformational initiatives is required.
Deep expertise in Retail or Core Banking/Transactional Banking is necessary.
An extensive network with C-Suite executives within banks in the LATAM region is essential.
Strong business acumen combined with solution-selling skills is required.
Business fluency in English is mandatory.
A Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Economics, Physics, or Mathematics is required; an MBA or PhD is a plus.
