Description:

  • Lead the implementation of new front-end UI/UX functionality for the Signaloid Cloud Developer Platform.
  • Extend the testing and QA infrastructure of the Signaloid Cloud Developer Platform.
  • Identify if the quality level of your implementation meets design and quality objectives.
  • Deliver new functionality and tests on a regular release schedule and collaborate with other engineering and commercial teams.
  • Contribute to the evolution of key parts of the Signaloid Cloud platform after a year in the role.
  • Gain autonomy and responsibility for strategy within the engineering team.
  • Have opportunities for new challenges within Signaloid.

Requirements:

  • Must have an undergraduate or masters degree in computer engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.
  • Need more than two years of experience as a frontend UI/UX engineer.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Experience in modern web frameworks like Vue.js, React.js.
  • Familiarity with frontend state management tools such as Vuex, Redux.
  • Ability to design clean and intuitive user interfaces.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working on full-stack applications and collaborating with backend engineers.
  • Experience with Git, writing testable and reusable code, and developing client-side web applications.
  • Must possess honesty, empathy, and a willingness to understand others' viewpoints.

Additional Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Ability and willingness to implement cloud application backends.
  • Experience with GraphQL, responsive and accessible design, and SEO principles.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI/Product designers, good CI/CD practices, and deploying cloud applications.
  • Knowledge of interface design tools like Figma, Canva, and experience in Test-Driven Development.
