Description:
The Ticketing Co. is seeking a motivated Lead Infrastructure Engineer to architect the digital backbone of their event ticketing platform.
The role involves overseeing the entire company infrastructure, including database management, to ensure optimization, performance, and data integrity.
Responsibilities include maintaining website uptime, implementing robust security measures, and continuously improving infrastructure reliability and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in designing and implementing complex, scalable infrastructure solutions in cloud environments.
Expertise in server infrastructure, security best practices, PostgreSQL, Node.js, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is required.
Bonus skills include knowledge of React and React Native.

Requirements:
Excellent English & French written and verbal communication skills are essential.
5-10 years of experience in designing and implementing complex, scalable infrastructure solutions, including cloud environments.
Expertise in server infrastructure, preferably with experience in Google Cloud Platform, but experience with other cloud platforms like AWS is acceptable.
Deep understanding of security best practices and implementation.
Proficiency in PostgreSQL, with the ability to optimize and understand the intricate details and underlying layers.
Fluency in Node.js, particularly in TypeScript.
Strong focus on building for maintainability, scalability, and readability.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably with knowledge of Pulumi.
Bonus Skills: Knowledge of React and React Native is a plus.
