Description:
The Cloud Infrastructure Engineer will work within the cloud infrastructure team to identify areas of improvement through automation and champion best practices in the organization for operations and projects.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable, high-performance, secure solutions, driving automation improvements, refining monitoring and incident resolution, managing infrastructure using IaC best practices, and providing tier-3 troubleshooting and break-fix support for production services.
The engineer will troubleshoot issues promptly, facilitate continuous improvement, define operational processes, monitor system capacity and health indicators, collaborate with InfoSec for security controls, and research new technologies.
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure, or a similar role working directly with Azure and Windows systems.
Advanced experience with Azure IaC and CaC using Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, and other techniques.
Working knowledge of Azure DevOps Services, deploying, configuring, optimizing, and troubleshooting PaaS, IaaS, and SaaS systems, infrastructure and APM monitoring, and Nginx Deployment, Configuration, and Optimization.
Minimum qualifications include two years of current Azure Operations experience, expertise with Terraform, advanced experience with Ansible Automation, Linux experience, and understanding of Windows server and services support and analysis.
