Description:

Hugging Face is seeking a Cloud Machine Learning Engineer to help build machine learning solutions used by millions, leveraging cloud technologies.
The role involves integrating Hugging Face's open-source libraries like Transformers and Diffusers with major cloud platforms or managed SaaS solutions.
Responsibilities include bridging and integrating models with different cloud providers, ensuring model performance, designing and developing secure and robust developer experiences and APIs, writing technical documentation, and advocating for the work within the community.

Requirements:

Candidates should have deep experience and passion for both Machine Learning and Cloud Services.
A strong background in building with Hugging Face Technologies, including Transformers, Diffusers, Accelerate, PEFT, and Datasets is required.
Expertise in Deep Learning Frameworks, preferably PyTorch, is essential, with optional understanding of XLA.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS and services such as Amazon SageMaker, EC2, S3, CloudWatch, and/or equivalents in Azure and GCP is necessary.
Experience in building MLOps pipelines for containerizing models and solutions with Docker is required.
Familiarity with Typescript, Rust, MongoDB, and Kubernetes is helpful.
The ability to write clear documentation and work across the full product development lifecycle is essential.
Bonus skills include experience with Svelte and TailwindCSS.
