Description:
The Cloud Native Support Engineer will provide support to Vultr customers for various Cloud Native products including Managed Kubernetes, Vultr LoadBalancers, Vultr API, Container Registry, and CDN.
They will assist in building out documentation for internal and external customers on new and existing products.
The engineer will work closely with the Cloud Native Engineering team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Linux Administration.
Experience in Enterprise Networking.
Familiarity with using Helm and deploying infrastructure with Terraform.
Strong knowledge and experience with Kubernetes, including the ability to spin up a Kubernetes cluster un-aided.
Preferably holds a Kubernetes certification.
Experience in HAproxy load balancer administration/configuration.
Willingness to provide on-call support.
Ability to write clear and informative documentation to train other team members.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and the engineering team.
