Description:

  • The position is for a Senior Network Engineer with expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) over AWS.
  • The role involves collaborating closely with architects and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage AWS cloud network infrastructure.
  • Responsibilities include implementing network solutions using IaC tools focused on security, reliability, availability, latency, and disaster recovery.
  • The engineer will scale the network infrastructure in response to international growth and monitor cloud network performance, troubleshooting issues to maintain optimal functionality.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is required.
  • Strong expertise in AWS and GCP network-related services, including VPC, Route 53, Load Balancers, Transit Gateways, VPC Peerings, Network ACLs, Security Groups, and AWS Network Firewall is necessary.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and cloud automation tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible is required.
  • Knowledge of security best practices for Cloud Computing environments is essential.
  • Experience with Fortigate and Fortimanager is valued.
  • AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or AWS Certified Network Specialty are considered a plus.
