Join our award-winning team as a Cloud Network Operations Administrator, where you will be at the forefront of managing and optimizing our cloud network infrastructure under a digital environment initiative.
This pivotal role ensures the seamless operation, security, and performance of our multi-cloud environments, directly supporting the agency's critical digital operations.
Oversee the administration, configuration, and monitoring of cloud network infrastructures across platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
Continuously monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive measures to ensure optimal system operation.
Enforce robust security protocols, ensure compliance with Federal IT standards, and work closely with our cybersecurity team to manage incident response.
Work within an integrated, cross-functional team that spans Help Desk, Cybersecurity, and Strategic IT Initiatives—demonstrating our unified approach to service delivery.
Utilize Infrastructure-as-Code practices and automation tools to streamline network configurations and maintain high operational efficiency.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) is required.
Demonstrated experience (typically 5+ years) in cloud network operations within complex, multi-cloud environments is necessary.
Strong proficiency with AWS, Azure, and cloud network management tools is essential.
An in-depth understanding of network security principles and Federal IT compliance standards is required.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proven track record of working effectively in integrated, collaborative teams are needed.
The ability to obtain or maintain a Federal security clearance as required is necessary.
