The role involves managing cloud infrastructure, supporting deployments, and ensuring system reliability within Microsoft Azure.
Key responsibilities include managing and optimizing Azure cloud infrastructure, handling incident and change management processes, monitoring system performance, supporting application deployments, collaborating with various teams, implementing backup and security strategies, and maintaining IT infrastructure documentation.

Requirements:

Candidates must have experience in IT operations, particularly in hybrid cloud environments, incident management, and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps), Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Terraform), and scripting languages (PowerShell) is required.
Familiarity with tools and technologies such as Apache Kafka, Azure Monitor, and Azure Cloud Shell is necessary.
Strong problem-solving abilities, a proactive hands-on approach, and fluent English communication skills are essential.
It is a plus to have strong knowledge of Azure services, including VMs, Kubernetes, databases, monitoring, and networking.
