Requirements:

• Knowledge of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and experience in designing scalable and resilient infrastructure is required.
• Proficiency in scripting for automation and operations using languages like Go or similar tools is necessary. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible is a must.
• Experience in setting up and managing monitoring/alerting systems such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog is essential. The ability to respond to incidents promptly and implement preventive measures is required.
• Understanding of performance analysis and optimization techniques, along with experience in capacity planning for efficient workload management, is needed.
• Familiarity with security best practices and experience in implementing security measures, as well as knowledge of industry compliance standards, are necessary.

• The Cloud Platform Engineer role offers an annual base salary between $121,000 USD and $163,000 USD for USA-based roles and between $109,000 CAD and $147,000 CAD for Canada-based roles.
