Remote Cloud Platform Engineer (WFH - Mexico)

Description:

• Join an exciting cloud migration project and help modernize the way we manage and utilize cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless cloud migrations and deliver optimized infrastructure for business success.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with cloud migration technologies, including AWS Migration Hub, AWS Application Discovery Service, and AWS Database Migration Service is required.
• A solid understanding of networking principles, including Direct Connect, VPN, and Route 53 is necessary.
• Proficiency in containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes for scalable cloud deployment is essential.
• Experience implementing DevOps methodologies with CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, Jenkins, and Git is expected.
• Strong expertise in AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation, and CloudTrail is required.
• Skilled in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or Bash to streamline workflows is necessary.
• Knowledgeable in security compliance and best practices, including IAM policies, encryption, and AWS Security Hub is important.
• The ability to enhance system performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness in AWS environments is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with great attention to detail are essential.
