Remote Cloud Practice Engineer II

Description:

• Implement the organization's cloud strategy by designing, planning, integrating, maintaining, and supporting cloud architecture.
• Support the development and execution of cloud implementation strategy within the existing IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate cloud systems and identify appropriate solutions.
• Adhere to company security policies, procedures, and relevant standards.
• Create well-designed, documented, and tested software features meeting customer requirements.
• Identify and address product bugs, deficiencies, and performance bottlenecks.
• Work with customers' engineering teams on various projects.
• Write infrastructure as code using CloudFormation, Terraform.
• Implement automation/DevOps best practices for CI/CD, IaC, and Containerization.
• Perform Linux/Windows administration, automated deployments, and scripting (Bash/PowerShell/Python).
• Collaborate with team members and customer key stakeholders to deliver projects like implementing Cloud-based technical architectures, executing migrations, and optimizing applications.
• Serve as a technical advisor and troubleshoot technical challenges for customers.

Requirements:

• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in DevOps skills, coding, scripting, programming languages, configuration management, and containers.
• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment and Git-based Version Control Systems.
• Familiarity with Artifact Repository and CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of Linux or Windows operating systems.
• Understanding of cloud automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD, Landing Zone, Identity Access Management (IAM), security, networking, compute, virtual machines, serverless solutions, data storage, databases, configuration management, secret management, monitoring, logging, and message queues.
