Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field from an accredited institution is required, with preferred majors including Computer Science, MIS, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Candidates must have experience with Linux troubleshooting and server administration.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts is essential.
  • Basic hands-on experience with virtualization, containers, storage technologies, and networking is required.
  • Programming fundamentals in any language such as bash, Perl, Ruby, Javascript, C, C++, or Go are necessary.
  • Candidates should possess strong written and verbal English communication skills and the ability to learn quickly in a customer-facing role.
  • A background check is required, and the ability to travel is necessary.
  • Nice-to-have skills include experience with virtualized environments and active contributions to open-source projects.
