Description:
- The Cloud Systems Engineer at TherapyNotes will be responsible for automating infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible, moving legacy workloads into Kubernetes, and enhancing documentation.
- They will support and enhance the engineering platform and CI/CD pipeline utilizing technologies like Azure PaaS, Kubernetes/Docker containers, GitHub, Jenkins, and more.
- The engineer will architect automated solutions, provide technical guidance to other teams, and improve site reliability through detailed telemetry implementation.
- Ensuring security compliance, identifying service delivery enhancements, and providing on-call support are also key responsibilities.
Requirements:
- A BS degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience is required.
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform, Ansible, and scripting languages like Python, Bash, Powershell, and Golang is essential.
- Proficiency in cloud-based solutions, particularly Azure and Kubernetes, as well as Microsoft technologies like Azure IaaS and Windows Server Core/2019+ is necessary.
- Strong knowledge of Linux server administration, traditional and PaaS web application technologies, and Agile, DevOps, Scrum, ITSM, or ITIL principles is expected.
