Remote Cloud/DevOps Engineer (SOC 2)

Description:

• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS and a solid understanding of SOC2 compliance.
• Responsibilities include managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure, ensuring system security and reliability.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with AWS (Certification preferred).
• Solid knowledge of SOC2 compliance.
• Proficiency in Golang, Python, or Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with CloudFormation, Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Expertise in Ansible, Bash for configuration management.
• Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Familiarity with databases like Postgres, Redis, CouchDB.
• Experience with ELK, Fluentd, Prometheus, Grafana for logging and monitoring.
• Knowledge of Envoy for service mesh technologies.
• Understanding of Kafka, RabbitMQ for message brokers.
• Experience with Vault, Consul from Hashicorp tools.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Opsgenie for project and incident management.
• Experience with Hyperledger Fabric for blockchain technology.
