Description:
- Oowlish, a rapidly expanding software development company in Latin America, is seeking an experienced Cloud/DevOps Engineer for remote work.
- The chosen candidate will collaborate with premier clients from the United States and Europe to develop innovative digital solutions.
- The role involves managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure, ensuring system security and reliability, and adhering to SOC2 compliance standards.
- The ideal candidate should have a strong background in AWS, proficiency in Golang, Python, or Node.js, and experience with tools like CloudFormation and Terraform.
- Additionally, expertise in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), configuration management (Ansible, Bash), databases (Postgres, Redis, CouchDB), and monitoring tools (ELK, Fluentd, Prometheus, Grafana) is required.
- Knowledge of service mesh technologies (Envoy), message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ), Hashicorp tools (Vault, Consul), project management tools (Jira, Confluence, GitLab), and blockchain technology (Hyperledger Fabric) is preferred.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with AWS (Certification preferred).
- Solid understanding of SOC2 compliance.
- Proficiency in Golang, Python, or Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with CloudFormation and Terraform.
- Expertise in Ansible, Bash for configuration management.
- Strong background in Docker, Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
- Familiarity with databases like Postgres, Redis, CouchDB.
- Experience with ELK, Fluentd, Prometheus, Grafana for logging and monitoring.
- Knowledge of Envoy for service mesh technologies.
- Understanding of Kafka, RabbitMQ for message brokers.
- Familiarity with Vault, Consul from Hashicorp tools.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, GitLab for project management.
- Experience with Hyperledger Fabric for blockchain technology.
