Remote Cloud/DevOps Engineer (SOC 2)

• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS and a solid understanding of SOC2 compliance.
• Responsibilities include managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure, ensuring system security and reliability, and collaborating with premier clients from the United States and Europe.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with AWS (Certification preferred).
• Solid knowledge of SOC2 compliance.
• Proficiency in Golang, Python, or Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with CloudFormation and Terraform.
• Expertise in Ansible and Bash for configuration management.
• Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Familiarity with databases such as Postgres, Redis, and CouchDB.
• Experience with ELK, Fluentd, Prometheus, Grafana for logging and monitoring.
• Knowledge of Envoy for service mesh technologies.
• Understanding of Kafka and RabbitMQ for message brokers.
• Experience with Hashicorp tools like Vault and Consul.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Opsgenie for project and incident management.
• Experience with Hyperledger Fabric for blockchain technology.
