Requirements:
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a PhD is advantageous.
A minimum of 8-15 years of professional experience in a relevant role is required, with substantial experience in startup environments and a track record of successful projects.
Experience at organizations like OpenAI, Anthropic, or Deepmind is highly desirable.
Strong proficiency in AI and ML is essential, along with experience in AI/ML models, deep learning, and NLP.
Exceptional leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and resilience under pressure are necessary.
A genuine enthusiasm for the potential of AI technology to drive change is required.
