Description:
The Compliance and Data Analyst I is responsible for ensuring the company adheres to regulatory requirements and efficiently handles data analysis for compliance-related tasks.
This entry-level position involves monitoring compliance, conducting internal audits, identifying potential risks, and analyzing data to support informed decision-making.
The role reports directly to the Compliance and Audit Director.
Responsibilities include maintaining and updating compliance frameworks such as ISO, NIST, and PCI, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry certifications.
The analyst will conduct risk assessments to identify, evaluate, and prioritize risks across the business.
They will maintain a library of compliance risks and controls, ensuring all entries are current and comprehensive.
The role involves designing and performing ongoing monitoring and testing of compliance controls, recommending improvements as needed.
The analyst will support the investigation and remediation of compliance issues and assist in developing and updating company policies and procedures.
They will utilize SQL and other analytical tools to analyze large data sets and generate comprehensive reports on compliance status and risk areas.
The analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated compliance initiatives and identify areas for process improvement.
