Description:

  • The Compliance and Data Analyst I is responsible for ensuring the company adheres to regulatory requirements and efficiently handles data analysis for compliance-related tasks.
  • This entry-level position involves monitoring compliance, conducting internal audits, identifying potential risks, and analyzing data to support informed decision-making.
  • The role reports directly to the Compliance and Audit Director.
  • Responsibilities include maintaining and updating compliance frameworks such as ISO, NIST, and PCI, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry certifications.
  • The analyst will conduct risk assessments to identify, evaluate, and prioritize risks across the business.
  • They will maintain a library of compliance risks and controls, ensuring all entries are current and comprehensive.
  • The role involves designing and performing ongoing monitoring and testing of compliance controls, recommending improvements as needed.
  • The analyst will support the investigation and remediation of compliance issues and assist in developing and updating company policies and procedures.
  • They will utilize SQL and other analytical tools to analyze large data sets and generate comprehensive reports on compliance status and risk areas.
  • The analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated compliance initiatives and identify areas for process improvement.
