Description:
The Computer Systems Analyst Developer position is a full-time remote role supporting the NASA NCAPS program.
The role involves developing, testing, and deploying applications across multiple platforms, including desktop, web, and mobile.
Collaboration with product managers, designers, and other developers is essential to understand project requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.
The candidate will be responsible for writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
Thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure functionality and performance is required.
The role includes troubleshooting and resolving software defects and issues promptly.
The candidate will work with both multiple-user systems and complex one-user systems.
Competence in all phases of systems analysis techniques, concepts, and methods is necessary.
Knowledge of available system software, computer equipment, and relevant regulations, structure, techniques, and management practices in one or more subject-matter areas is required.
The candidate must recognize and manage probable conflicts when input data comes from diverse sources and effectively integrate diverse data elements and sources.
Producing innovative solutions for a variety of complex problems is a key responsibility.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree or related applicable experience is required, with consideration for experience in lieu of a degree.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in a relevant field is necessary for this position.
