Description:

• Silver.dev is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer for a fintech startup partner, Concourse, with a focus on frontend development, TypeScript expertise, and fintech industry knowledge.
• Concourse aims to revolutionize finance tools for finance leaders and their teams by leveraging AI to change the way they access information and work.
• The role involves leading engineering efforts for AI products like Concourse Copilot, developing and maintaining integrations and data models for AI queries.
• The ideal candidate will have a passion for AI, extensive experience in frontend development with TypeScript, React, and Next.js, and a commitment to high-quality code delivery and modern design patterns.
• Responsibilities include taking ownership of projects, collaborating with key stakeholders, and contributing to team and company culture.
• The interview process includes screenings, behavioral interviews, technical live coding, and a take-home challenge.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in product/startup companies or 5+ years of overall experience.
• Strong frontend development skills with TypeScript, building products from scratch.
• Proficiency in React and Next.js frameworks.
• Commitment to high-quality code delivery, best practices, thorough testing, and modern design patterns.
• Ability to take ownership of projects, work closely with key stakeholders, and contribute significantly to project outcomes.
• Willingness to collaborate with the CEO, CPO, CTO, and founding engineers to build the team and company culture.
• Nice to have: experience in UX/UI designing.
