Description:

The position is for a Contract Full Stack Software Engineer, working remotely within the EU, specifically in the GMT timezone.
The role is full-time and part of the Engineering department at YLD, a software engineering and design consultancy.
As a Software Engineer, you will be involved in building innovative products and expected to be curious, passionate, driven, and enthusiastic.
You will be proficient in problem-solving and crafting scalable, resilient, and fault-tolerant architectures.
Effective communication and teamwork are essential, as you will work in a fast-paced engineering environment to achieve outstanding results.
Responsibilities include crafting excellent products, continuously delivering changes to products, collaborating on engineering initiatives, participating in regular show and tells, and joining clients’ internal events.

Requirements:

Candidates must have commercial experience working with React and Node.
Experience in testing your own products is required.
Knowledge of Javascript and Typescript is necessary.
Strong experience with Continuous Integration and Delivery, as well as Infrastructure as Code tools and techniques, is essential.
Experience in testing products with Unit, Integration, End to End, and Visual Regression tests is required.
Knowledge of C# is a plus.
Experience with distributed version control systems, such as Git, is necessary.
